Inaugural Draft and Injured Reserve
To my mask wearing brethren,
The Pandemic Football League will have our first draft on Saturday August 8th at 5 pm pst. which also happens to be 8 pm est.
The draft will last 22 rounds.
For this first year I have expanded the number of IR spots to 10 (this is the max that the sleeper.app would allow)
With the fun that Covid-19 has brought us I didn't want it to plague the league (golly i'm good with the dad jokes) and cause us to have to kill our rosters when players test positive and are forced to sit for a week or two.
With that in mind. If a player tests positive for Covid and has to miss a game you can put him on your Injured Reserves.
I will attempt to give everyone Covid Information in the Discord Server so that they can make the appropriate roster moves.
However, once that player is eligible to return he must leave the IR immediately and go back to the normal roster.
I will attempt to post that information in the discord channel as well so that everyone has the same info and we are on a level playing field.
After this season the number of IR slots will be re-evaluated. Hopefully the world returns to normal and the Covid threat disappears and there is much happiness.
